Exeter Library has a range of rooms available for hire. Located within the centre of Exeter, the rooms have access to Wi-Fi, power supplies and an overhead projector with screen. Flipcharts, sound systems including microphones and laptops available on request.
Meeting room 1 offers a space for twelve people in boardroom style and the Rougemont Suite is suitable for conferences and events and can cater for up to 80 people in theatre style. Meeting Room 3 and 5 are perfect for smaller meetings, interviews or 1-1's.
The cafe at Exeter Library is run by independent cafe, The Owl and The Pussycat Coffee House who also provide catering for all meeting room bookings, events, and conferences.
Rougemont Room - £22 per hour
Meeting Room 1 - £23 per hour
Meeting Room 3 - £20.90 per hour
Meeting Room 5 - £18.70 per hour
Travel to the centre of Exeter and find pedestrian access to the library (situated behind Lloyds Bank on the High Street). Further information about city centre parking can be found at www.exeter.gov.uk/parking.
The Library is a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from the main bus station and 5 minutes from all High Street bus stops. The Library is a 10 minute walk from Exeter Central Train Station (approximately 30 minutes from Exeter St Davids).
