Sandy Park has the flexibility to host everything from large exhibition events to small meetings, all within easy reach of the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter and the stunning scenery of the Exe Estuary, East Devon and beyond. Conveniently situated by junction 30 of the M5 and only ten minutes from Exeter International Airport, we pride ourselves in being one of the South West’s most accessible Conference Centres.

We have a variety of versatile and dynamic spaces here at Sandy Park, including the impressive Exeter Suite which has hosted a number of notable events, including exhibitions, award shows, charity gala evenings and Exeter Rugby Club’s annual End of Season Dinner.

Our top floor suites, the Chiefs, Estuary and Baxter offer striking and unrivalled views of the Sandy Park pitch and stadium and the stunning East Devon countryside. For smaller meetings, our Seminar Suites are ideal and all have moveable walls, enabling various configurations and capacities.

All suites are equipped with the latest in audio-visual technology and fully air-conditioned, plus free Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue.

With our excellent in-house planning and operational team, here at Sandy Park we take pride in creating successful events for all of our clients, ensuring the space you have is tailored to your every individual need enhancing the success and overall enjoyment of your event.

Coming in early 2022, the new, state-of-the-art £36m Sandy Park Hotel will open its doors, offering customers and clients of Sandy Park a fabulous location to base themselves whilst with us.

The 250-bed, eight-story development. will provide leisure facilities on the entry floor, which also includes a lounge, a snack and coffee bar, as well as a purpose-built business centre.

Also included in the designs are a rooftop cocktail bar, together with a Fish & Steak restaurant that boasts picturesque views down the River Exe Estuary and towards Torbay.

We have a range of packages suitable for different requirements starting from just £27 per person, which all include the delicious menus created by our passionate Head Chef, Craig Beacham, and his highly-talented team, who focus on sourcing only the finest local ingredients celebrating the best of the South West!

Our incredibly popular Live Band Nights return this year, promising the perfect evening for smaller groups of friends and colleagues looking for a lively Christmas Atmosphere and sing-along tunes. Performing everything from current chart toppers to classic pop bangers, there is always something for everyone! Photobooths will also be back at these nights to help capture memories of your evening. These nights will sell out quickly, so early booking is recommended!

Our private party packages are ideal for large Christmas celebrations, offering exclusive use of one of our event suites with a three-course seated dinner and entertainment from your very own DJ until 1:00am. This package is available throughout the week and is suitable for a range of group sizes.

For groups looking for something more laid-back, or for those who can't find a weekend date to suit everyone, our lunch packages are ideal. Groups will have exclusive use of one of our flexible suites and can choose between a two-course and three-course Christmas menu.

Festive Party Nights are an affordable mid-week option, which include a two-course meal, followed by dancing to the sounds of our resident DJ. Thursday 1st, 8th, 15th and 22nd December.
