About

Spinning Sister's first event of the new year.
We are happy to introduce Northampton's Thistle to Exeter Cavern this January, with support coming from Brighton's Spill, as well as local support from Pushbike and Wasabi.
Tickets available in advance or on the door.

Thistle - a British alternative rock band from Northamptonshire. Their style has been described as being a blend of heavy shoegaze and indie-punk. The group is not only recognisable by their recorded music but also by their high-energy live performances.

Spill - blending the raw intensity of grunge with timeless elements of classic and psychedelic rock, moody, brooding vocals, thunderous riffs, and eerie, atmospheric verses.

Pushbike- The Exeter band's songs are so urgent recalling bands such as Teenage Fanclub, Texas is the Reason, and Husker Du.

Wasabi- 4 piece alternative/shoegaze band from around Exeter. Influenced by the Cure, Portishead, Fontaines DC etc. The first EP Ennui will be coming out before the end of this year with much more on the way.
