Exeter has a great choice of places to eat out, from well-renowned restaurants to tiny independents making a name for themselves due to the fantastic quality of their offering.
Local Devon produce features on menus at eateries across the city, and you'll need at least a few days to get just a small taste of some of the fine flavours on offer. That's why we're offering the chance to win this fabulous foodie break in Exeter, where you'll experience some of the city's best known restaurants, plus the opportunity to explore our beautiful and historic city!
The prize includes a 2-night stay with breakfast at the centrally located Jury's Inn Exeter, plus lunch or dinner at two of Exeter's best renowned restaurants - the family run Harry's Restaurant, and the fantastically located Rockfish Exeter. You'll undoubtedly be inspired by restaurateur Mitch Tonks' seafood recipes at Rockfish - a combination of simplicity, taste and zeal, so we're also giving away a signed copy of Mitch's latest cookbook Rockfish - The Cookbook! We're even throwing in 2 standard class rail tickets for use on the Great Western Railway network - we've got you covered.

The city is divided into distinct areas, or quarters, each with its own individual identity and something different to offer.
Exeter became the only UK destination in 2019 to be awarded UNESCO City of Literature status, recognised for its 1,000 year unbroken history of making books and popularising reading since the early 13th century.
