About

Hatching out of the underground diy punk scene in LA, Big Fun has assembled a noisy, hard- hitting, electronic sound that zig-zags through techno, hardcore, and dance punk. They are known for their mind bending and powerful live performances as well as their ground breaking, atmospheric recordings. Big Fun has shared stages with Mike Watt, Destroy Boys, Enjoy, Eyedress, The Red Pears, Cow Girl Clue, Mickey Avalon, Together Pangea, Show Me The Body, Dirt Nasty, Lealani, Ultra Q, Mexican Slum Rats, Strfkr, Wolf Eyes, Planet B (Justin Pearson), Levitation Room, Nhale, 2nd II none, The Dwarves, Niis, Tijuana Panthers, Wacko, Alice Bag, Arenas, Thick, Tommy Midnight & Strawberry Guy to name a few. Their set up includes Austin Ford on synthesizers and vocals, Nick Tripi on drums, and Cody Barbato on bass.
