Three very different crime writers, Orlando Murrin, Tina Orr Munro and Diane Jeffrey, join forces to bring you a riveting evening of murder, mayhem and mystery. Together they will explore how they came up with their ideas, the ingredients of a compelling whodunit and why they choose to set their books in the West Country. This dastardly trio will be exploring various forms of crime stories from nail-biting psychological thrillers to gritty police procedurals, or cosy crime with the feelgood factor.
Diane Jeffrey is a USA Today bestselling and award-winning author who has written seven psychological thrillers, all set in the West Country. THE CRIME WRITER is Diane's latest psychological thriller.
Tina Orr Munro was a Police Scenes of Crime Officer before retraining as a journalist and specialising in writing about police and crime. Her debut novel, BREAKNECK POINT, was a Karin Slaughter Killer Reads pick.
Orlando Murrin was a semi-finalist on Masterchef, and has has published six cookbooks. His debut crime novel, KNIFE SKILLS FOR BEGINNERS, wasshortlisted for the McDermid Debut Prize.
