The Ivy Exeter is launching a selection of seasonal treats and limited-edition drinks ready for the summer heat!

Available from now, diners will be able to enjoy a selection of small bites to enjoy on the restaurant’s terrace al fresco, a refreshing drink selection in partnership with Campari, and a selection of seasonal favourite main dishes.

Whether guests are looking for a relaxing evening with wine and nibbles or a selection of dishes to start their meal, the Al fresco Small Bites menu is stocked with summer delights to enjoy. This includes Spiced Green Gordal Olives (£3.95) with chili, coriander and lemon, classic Truffle Arancini Rice Balls (£6.95), Zucchini Fritti (£5.95) with lemon, chili, and mint yoghurt, and Salt and Pepper Tempura Squid (£10.95) served with Miso wasabi mayonnaise, sriracha, coriander and lime.

For guests looking to try the ultimate refreshment on a warm summer’s day, The Ivy Exeter is offering a selection of limited-edition drinks in collaboration with Italian bitter brand, Campari. For a classic refresher, enjoy a cold Aperol Spritz (£11), the perfect accompaniment to a fresh summer dish. For a twist on a classic, an ice-cold Passion Fruit Spritz (£13) with citrusy passion fruit, aromatic prosecco and a splash of soda is the perfect refreshment. For a those who love wine as their summer serve, try the Whispering Angel Rose (£12.50), with its fresh, red berry fruit characteristics, it’s the perfect evening drink.

Alongside a summer ready drink selection and terrace nibbles, there are a range of mains perfect to enjoy in these warmer months. Guests can choose from options including Chargrilled Halloumi Salad (£15.95), with red quinoa, grapes, pine nuts, shaved radish, green beans and a soft herb dressing, Lobster Linguine (£34.95) with vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic, chilli, extra virgin olive oil and parsley, or a Grilled Veal Fricassee (£26.95) with mushroom sauce, asparagus, broad beans, crispy shallots, and watercress.

The Ivy Exeter has gorgeous al fresco dining space to enjoy out on its terrace. With a mix of seating both undercover for the unpredictable weather and out in the sunshine, it’s a great spot for a catch up with friends or an occasion dinner with family.
