Cofton Holidays, near Dawlish, Devon, has opened a brand new Getaway Cabin. The eco friendly cabin offers a glamping haven amongst the rolling Devon hills close to Dawlish’s sandy beaches, combined with luxurious touches for an indulgent stay.
Located within the 5-star Cofton Holidays site, the Getaway Cabin is a cosy glamping pod that sleeps two people. The bedroom features a double bed complete with a luxurious premium mattress and crisp hotel-quality cotton bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Guests can head onto to the secluded deck outside their cabin, light a fire in the chiminea and unwind in a private outdoor copper bath. As they soak away the day, they can look up at the stars amidst the apple trees of the orchard camping field.
The Getaway Cabin is also dog friendly meaning guests can bring along their four-legged friend to share in this unique glamping experience. Included in the cabin is a food and water bowl, blanket, doggy treats and a toy to make their pooch feel at home.
The Cabin has its own pair of e-bikes, which are free for the guests to use for their stay to explore the nearby Exe Cycle Trail, head to a hidden cove or pop into Exeter for shopping and dinner.
The Orchard Getaway Cabin is a luxurious way to glamp at Cofton Holidays’ award-winning park. The eco-friendly site also offers guests indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wellness centre and gym, a restaurant with a locally sourced seasonal food menu, a traditional pub and more. Those looking to take it easy can book a treatment in the beauty room or relax in the sauna and steam rooms.
