From 25th November to 31st December, Powderham's historic castle and its beautiful grounds will be transformed into a sparkling festive wonderland, perfect for loved ones to create magical holiday memories.

Light Walk

Immerse yourself in the enchancement of the season as dazzling lights illuminate the castle, setting a truly unforgettable scene. Wander through the Christmas Illuminated Light Walk, where the castle and its grounds are adorned with colourful holiday lights for a striking display.

The wonderful light display doesn't end at Powderham's front door though as inside prepare to be amazed at features rooms decorated in seasonal decor, part of the Festive House Experience.

Christmas Grotto

Step into the magic of Powderham's Christmas Grotto, where you’ll be welcomed by the jolly man himself! Families are invited to meet Father Christmas, and if you’ve been good this year, he’ll have a special gift waiting just for you. 

Please note, you will need to book both admission tickets and grotto tickets to visit Father Christmas.

Festive Afternoon Tea

For those looking for something extra special, indulge in a Festive Afternoon Tea inside the magnificent setting of Powderham's very own Music Room. Sip on a glass of bubbles, gin and tonic or a non-alcoholic beverage while enjoying a delightful selection of festive snacks to help you get in the holiday mood.

Please note, you must book your Christmas at the Castle tickets before selecting any extra tickets.
