InExeter, is excited to announce that the final Fore Street Flea of 2024, on Sunday 17th November, will mark the 25th edition of this cherished community event.
First launched in 2016, the Fore Street Flea has become a highlight of Exeter’s annual calendar, transforming the lively Fore Street into a bustling marketplace. Visitors can expect an eclectic mix of stalls, offering everything from vintage clothing and bric-a-brac to handmade crafts, original artwork, and mouth-watering food and drink. With live entertainment adding to the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, the Flea is a perfect Sunday outing in the West Quarter.
Originally started by Fore Streets independent businesses, InExeter (the Business Improvement District) took on management of the Flea to support its growth. Now a self-sustaining, celebrated event, the Flea shines a spotlight on the best of the West Quarter while providing a fun-filled experience for the public.
The Fore Street Flea has earned a reputation as a treasure trove for bargain hunters and lovers of the unique. Shoppers can browse an exciting range of vintage finds, antiques, quirky home décor, retro fashion, vinyl records, and handmade accessories. The variety and charm make it a must-visit market for anyone looking for a distinctive shopping experience.
