Powderham Presents: Duran Duran and Basement Jaxx this summer

Legendary British band Duran Duran and electronic dance act Basement Jaxx bring their headline shows to 'Powderham Presents' this summer.

With a career panning over four decades, Duran Duran's highly anticipated performance is one of only two UK headline shows for the iconic band in 2025 while Basement Jaxx bring back their full eye-popping technicolour experience to Powderham.

Duran Duran - 3rd July

Selling more than 100 million records worldwide, Duran Duran have been honored with multiple Grammy, BRIT, Ivor Novello, and MTV Video Music Lifetime Achievement Awards, as well as a 20th Century Style Icon award from the City of Milan. In July, the band will receive the Spotify UK Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s 40th Anniversary O2 Silver Clef Awards. 

Set to electrify the stage on Thursday 3rd July, fans can expect a setlist packed with classics including, 'Hungry Like the Wolf', 'Ordinary World', 'Rio' and many more hits. Nile Rodgers & CHIC will be joining Duran Duran as very special guests.

Basement Jaxx - 4th July

Basement Jaxx is returning to the live stage for the first time in 10 years, bringing back their legendary euphoric energy-filled live experience with a live show at Powderham.

Starting in 1994 with a series of underground EPs on their own Atlantic Jaxx label and now famous parties held in venues across a pre-gentrified South London, Felix and Simon Ratcliffe’s distinctive combination of house and garage with punk attitude, global influences and unforgettable tunes quickly developed a cult following that led to their 1999 first album ‘Remedy; with its breakthrough hits ‘Red Alert’, ‘Rendez Vu’ and Jump & Shout. 2001’s follow-up ‘Rooty’ was even bigger and louder: ‘Where’s Your Head At’ provided an evergreen anthem that still crosses all generations and genres.

Basement Jaxx will be supported by funk and soul star Craig Charles and rising DJ Storm Mollison.
