Founded in 2023, The Music Depot stands as a beacon of musical excellence in the heart of the Exeter community. With decades of collective music retail experience, this independent music store is a testament to passion and dedication.
At The Music Depot, music enthusiasts are greeted with an ever-expanding range of instruments and accessories, curated with expertise and care. Whether you're in search of a traditional acoustic piano or a versatile digital keyboard, the shop offers a diverse selection to help assist with your musical journey. Guitarists can also enjoy our high-quality array of acoustic, electro-acoustic and classical models. Ukulele players can look forward to a similarly diverse range.
Along with musical instruments we offer an extensive selection of sheet music, songbooks and examination material catering to various genres and skill levels. Additionally, the store offers a choice of accessories to enhance the musical experience, from strings and picks to cables and cases.

From Exe Bridges travel North across the river Exe, turn right at Edmund Street then take junction on left to join New Bridge Street. Make your way up to at the top of Fore Street to find us at 99-101 opposite the Mind Methodist Church Centre.
By train, arriving at Exeter Central Station, head left up Queen Street until you the join the main High Street, then turn right. Continue up the High Street and into Fore Street past the crossroads next to the Corn Exchange. Find us at 99-101 top of Fore Street opposite the Mint Methodist Church.
There are also several bus stops nearby.
