The Exeter Barnfield is now managed by the Exeter Northcott Theatre, who aim to make the Barnfield a vibrant creative hub serving the communities of Exeter and the surrounding area.
The main auditorium is fully furnished with stage and lighting equipment; 289 comfortable, tip-up, seats which have been recently reupholstered and in full rake for complete view of the stage from all parts of the theatre. It is also suitable for conferences, lectures and displays as well as stage productions.
The Clifford Room can be used for many different purposes, these include a studio theatre or conference room. The seating is modular and can be raked, and can be arranged for any theatrical requirements (i.e. in the round, traverse etc.). This is a most useful and reasonably priced addition to our facilities and we hope it will be used by all parts of our community.
From Western Way turn onto Barnfield Road, the Barnfield Theatre is on your left hand side.
From Exeter High Street walk down Bedford Street and accross Southernhay to Barnfield Road.
