Join Medical Herbalist, Yasmin Kerr, for an afternoon of exploration and hands-on
medicine making.
Are you fed up of battling hay fever year after year? Are you looking for natural ways to
support your health throughout the seasons? Let’s use seasonal herbs growing in our
hedgerows, meadows and gardens to combat seasonal health complaints!
During this introductory workshop, participants will discuss hay fever; explore seasonal
herbal remedies used to alleviate common symptoms; and learn invaluable tools to
support you throughout hay fever season (from dietary and lifestyle advice to guidance
on supplements).
Enjoy some organic loose leaf Hay Fever Tea, as Yasmin guides you through the process
of creating your own bespoke Spring Tonic & Hay Fever Tincture. You will also receive a
Spring Herbal Remedies hand-out with recipes, book recommendations and top tips.
From this introductory workshop you will leave empowered with the knowledge and
skills to take care of yourself and your loved ones throughout hay fever season.
What to bring: All materials are provided but please feel free to bring a notepad and pen
to record your notes from the session.
About: Yasmin Kerr, founder of Honeysuckle Herbal, is a Medical Herbalist practicing in
Exeter and Topsham. Yasmin spends most of her time foraging and making medicine
with plants. Yasmin is dedicated to making private healthcare affordable, accessible,
and sustainable for people and the planet. Yasmin aims to share her knowledge,
empowering individuals to make informed choices throughout their healthcare journey.
