The Flat’s recipes are inspired by planet-friendly vegetarian & vegan living, freshly prepared, where possible, with locally sourced and organic ingredients. All our pizzas are hand-stretched so no two come out the same. Pizzas can be made gluten free or vegan. And our gluten free pizza bases are prepared by us, in-house and we are very proud of our homemade vegan mozzarella & parmesan.
