188 reviewsAS Watersports are pleased to offer Canoe, kayak and paddleboard hire on the historic Exeter Ship canal, now available to book online!
The canal is a nice and easy paddle that is perfect for all paddlers including families and novices. There is some great wildlife to be seen along the Exe Salt Marshes and two great pubs offering tasty food and thirst quenching drinks. Please remember to paddle (and drink) responsibly though.
We also offer canoe, kayak and paddleboard tuition. One of the greatest things about paddling is gaining skills to make these experiences even better. In March we kick start the season and look forward to getting on the water with all those that want to start canoeing, kayaking or paddle boarding, improve their skills, learn to roll or just have a fun day on the water.
All activities are based from our waterside shop, where our friendly staff and extensive selection of kayaks, canoes, and all sorts of watersports equipment caters to all needs from the beginner to the expert. Being right beside the canal, you can get out on the water and try before you buy!
Hire Available May - September
