One of Exeter’s most well loved singer songwriters, Sarah Yeo will perform her home town show at the Phoenix to celebrate the
launch of her new album ‘The Wisdom of the Wind.’ The recording is a 14 track piece of work inspired by the ambitions to
travel to loved and undiscovered places and navigating ways through life, through the eyes of others as well as sarah own point
of view. Sonically there are elements of both Folk and Country woven through beautifully captivating lyrics, catchy hooks and
soaring melodies. The previous Blues and Roots songwriting finalist will perform some older material, accompanied by her
Guitar, then will concentrate on the tracks on ‘The Wisdom of the Wind.’ Audiences new to Sarah’s work can expect an evening
of heartfelt songs delivered by Sarah’s “stunning voice” (BBC Introducing) and warm engaging presence.
