Deep in the heart of the East Devon countryside, surrounded by 15 acres of farmland, you’ll find the award-winning Greendale Farm Shop and its family-friendly café. Full of fresh, locally-sourced produce, this welcoming shop has become a must-visit destination. It has an on-site butchers' department, stocking meat from the nearby family farm, and - because Greendale boasts its own fishing fleet - a wet-fish counter that's always bursting with fabulous fresh seafood.
Recently expanded and featuring a new family room, our Farm Shop Café is much loved by visitors and locals alike. The café offers a new extensive menu, created around many of the items sold in our shop and showcasing fresh, local produce from our fish, meat and deli counters. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are no problem and we have a children’s menu for the little ones, too. The Farm Shop Café offers teas and coffees, breakfasts, lunches, delicious cakes and Devon cream teas. On Sundays we also offer Sunday Roasts using a selection of meat from our farm.
Why not bring the children and make a day of it? When you’ve finished shopping, recharge your batteries in our café then head out on our free family farm trail.
