About

Join us for a fascinating exploration for children of all ages – discover the journey of many people’s favourite sandwich filling, from farm to fridge! Renowned cheesemaker Mary Quicke will demonstrate the different stages of cheese making from milk to finished product: why should you make cheese, how it’s made and what different products could you choose to create. Enjoy tasters throughout the process and learn about the history of cheesemaking.
